Senior Network Engineer (L2/L3) responsible for advanced troubleshooting, designing and implementing LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/firewall/routing/switching solutions, supporting UCaaS/VoIP, leading projects, enabling pre-sales, performing after-hours maintenance, and maintaining documentation and platform reliability.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SLED accounts by building relationships, driving retention, identifying expansion opportunities, conducting business reviews, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting renewals, and ensuring customers derive value from networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions.

Generate and qualify outbound and inbound leads for the telecom division, conduct prospecting via calls, email and social, maintain CRM pipeline, set meetings for Account Executives, meet activity targets, and collaborate with sales/marketing to drive qualified opportunities.

The Network Engineer will support network and communication systems for education, government, and healthcare clients, focusing on troubleshooting, project support, and customer collaboration.
