Manages sourcing, purchasing, quotations, supplier negotiations, order fulfillment, invoicing, inventory, receiving, shipping, and delivery tracking for IT products and customer projects. Coordinates with sales, engineering, suppliers, warehouse teams, and accounting while maintaining product, pricing, inventory, and order records across business systems. Supports reporting, workflow improvement, replenishment planning, returns, warranty issues, and international freight coordination.

Oversee daily office operations, including front desk coverage, visitor support, conference room scheduling, office organization, shipping and receiving, inventory and supply management, events, records, and administrative projects. Process checks and QuickBooks transactions while maintaining breakroom operations and partnering with departments to support business needs.

Build and grow a new UCaaS and voice-solutions territory across Arizona, Texas, and Florida. Develop SLED relationships, prospect and close net-new public sector accounts, manage the full consultative sales cycle, navigate RFPs and cooperative purchasing frameworks, maintain CRM forecasts, and collaborate with technical and leadership teams. The role focuses on selling UCaaS, VoIP, hosted PBX, SIP, mobility, unified communications, and CCaaS solutions to government, education, and healthcare organizations.
