Billing Specialist responsible for generating and processing invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, resolving discrepancies, supporting month-end and year-end close, and preparing billing reports. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and customers, assists with billing inquiries, follows up on open orders, and supports billing process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Lead and manage the PDX VDC (BIM) team, driving VDC strategy, quality control, resource allocation, training, project coordination, model/data management, and financial oversight. Ensure deliverables, standards, and workflows meet contract and constructability requirements while supporting proposals and continuous improvement.

Prepare and modify construction drawings and BIM models for MEP and seismic bracing systems using Revit and AutoCAD. Support coordination, QA reviews, documentation, and cross-team communication for commercial projects.

Serve as the front‑desk ambassador providing multi-line phone support, mail and shipping handling, administrative assistance to Directors and Executive Assistant, document preparation, data entry, filing, and general office support in a fast-paced construction/engineering office.

Support MEP engineering on construction projects: assist project management, organize documentation, create seismic bracing layouts, perform load calculations and material takeoffs, build submittals, use AutoCAD/ISAT/Nexus, conduct supervised site walks, and apply relevant codes (ASCE-7, IBC, CBC).

Perform ASME B31 pipe stress analyses using hand calculations and software; evaluate sustained, pressure, displacement range and occasional loads; design pipe supports and anchoring details; coordinate in 3D with Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks; develop cost estimates, ensure code compliance (ASME, IBC, ASCE7, ASHRAE), produce 2D/3D CAD detailing, and interface with clients and third-party reviewers.
