Manage procurement for capital construction projects, including supplier sourcing, prequalification, contract negotiation, vendor management, purchase order tracking, delivery monitoring, budget control, and quality assurance. Collaborate with engineering teams to fulfill project requirements, resolve ordering issues, improve procurement processes, and maintain strong supplier relationships. The role is remote from La Mirada, California, with occasional travel for vendor and customer meetings.

Supports Project Managers on pipe stress analysis projects by coordinating schedules, deliverables, client and field communications, documentation, quotations, change orders, project setup, and technical reviews. The role assists with code and product knowledge, custom engineering quality control, process improvement, and project tracking. It offers development toward Project Manager responsibilities.

Support Project Managers across multiple MEP projects by coordinating technical and administrative tasks, tracking deliverables, assisting client and field communications, supporting quotes and change orders, maintaining documentation, and developing code and product knowledge to grow into a Project Manager role.
