Sources and purchases materials, equipment, and services while managing vendor relationships, quotes, negotiations, purchase orders, inventory replenishment, delivery issues, procurement records, and compliance. The role coordinates with project and operations teams, evaluates supplier performance, analyzes purchasing trends, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and prepares procurement reports. It requires at least two years of procurement or supply chain experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Coordinates post-award construction projects by supporting project managers, tracking deliverables and engineering deadlines, providing status updates, managing orders and project information in Nexus, and ensuring sales orders and materials are billed properly. The role also supports client communication, identifies billing-related sales opportunities, and develops knowledge of vibration isolation products and deliverables.

Supports project managers by organizing project files, maintaining documentation, tracking timelines and engineering queues, assisting with billing and material orders, updating status reports, and coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams. The role also provides administrative support, contributes to process improvements, assists with employee training, and develops customer communication skills within construction and seismic engineering projects.
