The role requires board certification in clinical neuropsychology, multi-state licensure and PSYPACT authorization, expertise evaluating dementia and neurocognitive conditions, tele-neuropsychology experience, and clinical leadership in a startup environment.

Leads Isaac Health’s national neurology practice, supervising neurologists, geriatricians, advanced practice providers, and neuropsychology staff. Establishes clinical standards, supports same-day case reviews, owns neurology outcomes, teaches clinicians, manages performance, provides direct telehealth patient care, and participates in a low-volume on-call rotation. The role requires nationwide licensure eligibility, strong dementia and general neurology expertise, clinical leadership, and comfort working independently in a startup environment.

Manage the full lifecycle of strategic telehealth partners: lead implementation, drive patient and provider adoption, develop success plans and KPIs, act as primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, present data-driven business reviews, and identify growth opportunities.
