Partner with senior leaders to monitor performance, address risks, and guide corrective actions. The role reports to the CEO and offers a pathway to Chief Financial Officer.

Lead a national neuropsychological evaluation program while conducting formal evaluations, supervising psychometrists, setting testing and reporting standards, ensuring quality and timely turnaround, consulting with medical clinicians, and teaching assessment practices. The role requires board certification in clinical neuropsychology, multi-state licensure and PSYPACT authorization, expertise evaluating dementia and neurocognitive conditions, tele-neuropsychology experience, and clinical leadership in a startup environment.

Leads Isaac Health’s national neurology practice, supervising neurologists, geriatricians, advanced practice providers, and neuropsychology staff. Establishes clinical standards, supports same-day case reviews, owns neurology outcomes, teaches clinicians, manages performance, provides direct telehealth patient care, and participates in a low-volume on-call rotation. The role requires nationwide licensure eligibility, strong dementia and general neurology expertise, clinical leadership, and comfort working independently in a startup environment.
