Lead and professionalize finance operations and infrastructure, including forecasting, cash flow and budget management, KPI/reporting systems, accounting for MSO and affiliated PCs, tax and corporate governance oversight, and strategic partnership with department leaders and the CEO to drive performance and support growth toward a CFO role.
