Manage and grow home electronics retail and business partner accounts, driving profitable revenue growth, sales plans, forecasts, inventory performance, and promotional ROI. Lead and optimize Japan logistics operations, driving cost reduction, service improvement, inventory accuracy and scalability. Manage import/customs compliance, vendor and 3PL relationships, execute logistics projects (warehouse moves, WMS, tenders), monitor KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time product availability.
