Leads Americas premium product portfolio planning across lineup architecture, pricing, positioning, assortment, channel strategy, and lifecycle management. Synthesizes consumer, retailer, competitive, market, and financial insights into fact-based recommendations and business cases. Partners with global product, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to shape regional portfolios, launches, sell-in strategies, and in-market optimization. Presents strategic tradeoffs and aligns stakeholders across North America and international teams.

Leads iRobot’s direct-to-consumer and Amazon sales across the Americas, owning revenue, profitability, market share, customer growth, channel execution, and digital commerce performance. Manages a 4–5-person team, drives planning and promotional strategies, oversees merchandising, inventory, advertising, customer experience, and launches, and coordinates cross-functional and global digital commerce initiatives. The role requires substantial North American e-commerce leadership, Amazon and Shopify expertise, analytics, negotiation, and commercial strategy experience.

Manage and grow home electronics retail and business partner accounts, driving profitable revenue growth, sales plans, forecasts, inventory performance, and promotional ROI. Develop strategic business plans, negotiate with key customers, allocate rebates and promotional resources, monitor sell-through and sell-in performance, and report results to management. Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, marketing, customer service, and demand planning teams while identifying new business opportunities and strengthening brand relationships.

Lead and optimize Japan logistics operations, driving cost reduction, service improvement, inventory accuracy and scalability. Manage import/customs compliance, vendor and 3PL relationships, execute logistics projects (warehouse moves, WMS, tenders), monitor KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time product availability.
