Lead market quality activities for Japan across the product lifecycle, conducting factory audits, inspections, and data-driven analysis of complaints and field performance. Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions with global stakeholders, manage vendors and service partners, support regulatory (including PSE) compliance, and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and product performance.

Maintain and modernize CI/CD pipelines and build systems for embedded Linux, mobile apps, and cloud services. Support Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, automate deployments, implement testing and security tooling, troubleshoot build and release issues, and document systems while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve developer productivity and release quality.

Manage alpha and beta user testing programs: recruit and onboard testers, maintain schedules, triage and document feedback, create Jira tickets, integrate feedback across tools, analyze and present findings, and ensure tester engagement to inform product development decisions.
