QA Intern supporting a browser-based video surveillance system by developing and executing test cases, performing regression testing across platforms, monitoring debugging results, configuring Linux-based virtual and containerized environments, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes manual software testing, defect reporting, learning QA best practices, and gaining exposure to automation tools, version control, agile methodologies, and programming.

Supports sales efficiency and customer experience by managing CRM data, qualifying and routing leads, assisting account retention and sales activities, coordinating with internal teams, supporting enablement and training, processing orders, and conducting market and competitive research. The role also contributes to pipeline progression, workflow optimization, reporting, and data-driven recommendations.

Provide advanced technical support for IPConfigure video management software: troubleshoot, debug, write scripts, build/configure servers, document solutions, produce knowledge-base content, and escalate bugs while occasionally supporting on-site deployments.

Perform prospect research and outbound outreach to generate and qualify new business. Manage CRM data, support discovery calls and demos, collaborate with sales to advance pipeline, prepare proposals and sales materials, and support account and partner relationships and internal sales processes.

Develop and maintain browser-based video management UI components using JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular. Participate in Agile development, design features, produce high-quality reusable code, diagnose defects, estimate work, and ensure scalable, well-engineered front-end implementations.

The intern will assist in software development and testing for video surveillance software, collaborating with a team and participating in the software development process.

Develop backend web services and enterprise components for a browser-based IP video surveillance VMS. Participate in Agile, design features, deliver high-quality Java code, perform unit/TDD, diagnose defects, estimate work, and ensure scalable, reusable implementations.

Develop C++ backend components for video streaming, web services, and data management in a browser-based VMS. Participate in Agile, design features, write well-tested C++11+ code, troubleshoot defects, adhere to coding standards, estimate work, and identify risks.

Provide technical support for enterprise video management: troubleshoot/debug issues, write automation scripts, build and configure servers, test cameras and network hardware, create knowledge base content, and work directly with integrators and customers. May perform on-site troubleshooting and limited travel; collaborate with product teams to report bugs and improve products.
