Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for 4–5 regional or country programs across Africa. Advises regional and country directors, strengthens program quality, donor compliance, risk management, internal controls, safeguarding, financial stewardship, and organizational learning. Supervises senior leaders, supports strategic planning and resource mobilization, develops team capacity, promotes shared leadership, and represents Ipas with donors and external partners. The role is fully remote with approximately 20–25% international travel.

Lead a complex, global strategic portfolio focused on reproductive health, abortion and contraception access, systems strengthening, evidence, and organizational learning. Manage major donor and partner relationships, coordinate cross-country implementation, support adaptive programming and impact measurement, and translate evidence into compelling strategic communications. Build partnerships with governments, civil society, funders, and research institutions while providing senior technical leadership and representing Ipas externally.

The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst provides support in risk assessments, develops tracking mechanisms, maintains risk registers, analyzes trends, and delivers training to ensure organizational resilience and accountability.

Lead strategy and execution for individual giving, personally manage major and principal donor relationships, grow unrestricted philanthropic revenue, coach and develop an Individual Giving team, and coordinate with executive leadership, communications, finance, and global programs using fundraising analytics and portfolio management.

Provides strategic leadership for reproductive health commodity supply chains across global, regional, and country programs. Leads forecasting, procurement, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, LMIS, quality assurance, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, capacity building, and partnership development. Supports resource mobilization, donor engagement, regulatory access, pharmacovigilance, and supply chain strengthening in low-resource and humanitarian settings.

The Program Associate supports project implementation by coordinating activities, managing budgets, organizing meetings, and providing technical assistance in reproductive health projects.

The Program Manager leads the DRC program, overseeing strategy development, program implementation, budget monitoring, donor reporting, and team guidance to ensure program objectives are met.

The Research Associate-II manages technical support for research activities, oversees coordination and administrative tasks, and ensures adherence to study protocols while managing data collection and analysis.

The Finance Analyst manages budgets, provides financial analysis, ensures compliance, and supports program management for Ipas Mozambique.

The Country Representative will lead Ipas South Africa's program operations, ensuring strategic implementation, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance while fostering a collaborative work environment.
