Lead HSSE and well control for onshore drilling operations, manage rig start‑up and daily drilling execution, provide technical guidance, oversee contractors, maintain well engineering risk register, drive performance improvement, and develop wells strategy while coaching wells teams.

Provide on-site LV/MV/HV electrical engineering support for an onshore LNG project. Ensure design compliance, oversee installation and testing of transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS/IPS, motors and earthing systems; manage TQs/DERs/NCRs, support pre-commissioning/commissioning, enforce electrical safety and deliver as-built documentation.

Supervise electrical and instrumentation construction on large EPC oil & gas projects: coordinate contractors, ensure LV/MV equipment and instrumentation installation, enforce quality and safety (PTW/LOTO), perform testing, manage NCRs/punch lists, support mechanical completion, and prepare daily progress reports.

Lead HSE for the Onshore package of Absheron FFD Project: implement and monitor HSE management system, ensure contractor compliance, participate in safety-in-design, conduct audits/inspections, manage incident investigations, emergency preparedness, training, and HSE performance reporting.

Lead implementation of the SPS Package Quality Management System, develop quality strategy, oversee contractor/vendor quality across engineering-to-installation, manage inspections, audits, NCRs/CAPA and vendor surveillance, ensure compliance with API/ISO/DNV standards, coordinate TPIs and certification, monitor quality KPIs and deliver quality dossiers and manufacturing record books.

Coordinate FM&A division budgeting, planning and performance review; prepare OPEX/CAPEX and five‑year plans; monitor expenditure vs budget, analyze variances, track contracts and vendor spend; compile weekly/monthly KPIs and reports, interface with partners, regulators and finance, support contract renewals, and maintain integrated planning using tools like MS Project and Primavera.

Supervise daily transport operations and fleet allocation, manage drivers and dispatch teams, enforce HSE and journey management protocols, monitor telematics and fuel usage, oversee maintenance and vehicle roadworthiness, produce operational reports, and optimize vehicle allocation and route planning to ensure safe, efficient transport services.

Manage consolidated FM&A reporting, oversee government relations for tenement/ground rents, administer SharePoint/WSS and FM systems (SAP PM, CMMS, Primavera), design reporting templates/dashboards, consolidate helpdesk and maintenance data, track KPIs, lead system optimization/digitalization, supervise helpdesk and team members, and act as divisional HSE representative.

Manage and coordinate project document control for infrastructure and pipeline works: maintain DMS, classify/index/archive/distribute documents, verify contractor submissions, support audits/inspections, monitor performance, train teams, and ensure compliance with project standards and HSE.

Supervise and coordinate offshore workover and well intervention operations, ensuring safe, compliant execution. Oversee crews and contractors, enforce HSE and well integrity (BOP tests, equipment checks), manage costs and resources, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and lead safety meetings and incident investigations.

Oversee safe, compliant quayside operations for an offshore logistics base: manage vessel berthing, loading/backloading, lifting, material movements, and coordinate with Vessel Masters, Marine, HSE, Warehouse and contractors.

Provide operational HR and administrative support for an offshore E&P project: coordinate personnel mobilization/demobilization, recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR documentation and databases, prepare manpower and POB reports, manage training and appraisal tracking, organize business travel and admin tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and Azerbaijan labour regulations.

Support Contract Administrator with contract documentation, commercial coordination, SAP updates, basic UAE VAT and Letter of Credit tasks, recordkeeping, and cross‑departmental coordination to ensure timely contract actions and reporting.

Lead contracting activities for a large LNG project: develop contracting strategy, issue complex tenders, analyze and negotiate bids, prepare Recommendations To Award, manage insurance, monitor KPIs and contract tool, maintain qualified supplier lists, handle contract handovers, support claims/litigation resolution, and train new C&P personnel.

Manage FPSO hook-up, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities; enforce HSE; coordinate interfaces with subsea and operations teams; oversee contract compliance, cost and schedule performance; support transition to operations and readiness of spares; monitor contractor fabrication and risk management; report to project management and contribute to close-out.

Provide project controls support for the Mozambique LNG onshore project: manage cost forecasting, change and risk management, verify contractor progress/invoicing, coordinate schedule interfaces, produce reporting and presentation materials, and support onshore project services and site management.

Lead design, development, testing, integration, packaging, and maintenance of software components (Java and C++) for industrial/naval applications. Manage team, ensure builds and deployments on Linux, produce specifications and test documentation, troubleshoot across network/OS/software layers, and deliver project milestones on schedule.

Lead integration of Keycloak with a new Identity Provider: analyze architecture, implement SAML/OIDC integrations, validate SSO/MFA/authorization flows, run load and integration tests, resolve protocol/certificate/attribute issues, document configurations, and coordinate with security and IT teams for a seamless user migration.

Provide QA/QC oversight for onshore drilling and wells operations: vendor and equipment inspections, audits (API Q2/ISO/API Q1), implement SQPs, manage inspection reporting, track NPT/NCRs, support failure investigations, monitor contractor performance, and ensure equipment release and compliance prior to rig mobilization.

Provide technical leadership for deepwater DST and surface well testing: plan operations, prepare programs and risk assessments, support rigsite supervision, oversee equipment procurement and preparation, perform CWOP and audits, ensure HSE and compliance, track performance and budget, and communicate lessons learned.
