Serve as Mechanical Authority for an offshore FPSO project, defining maintenance and reliability strategies, ensuring SECE integrity, reviewing engineering deliverables, supporting commissioning/startup, developing CMMS and digital performance monitoring, and coordinating operational readiness to First Oil.

Lead social development for electricity infrastructure projects, delivering stakeholder engagement, Resettlement Action Plans, ESIA/ESMPs, labour management procedures, and resettlement policy frameworks for substations, transmission lines, and linear infrastructure. Apply social safeguards and coordinate with DFIs (e.g., World Bank) as required.
