Oversee safe, compliant quayside operations for an offshore logistics base: manage vessel berthing, loading/backloading, lifting, material movements, and coordinate with Vessel Masters, Marine, HSE, Warehouse and contractors.

Supervise and coordinate offshore workover and well intervention operations, ensuring safe, compliant execution. Oversee crews and contractors, enforce HSE and well integrity (BOP tests, equipment checks), manage costs and resources, troubleshoot issues, maintain records, and lead safety meetings and incident investigations.

Oversee design, engineering, construction and classification-society interfaces for FPSO hull systems. Review contractor/vendor deliverables, participate in design and safety reviews, support procurement/QC, witness tests and onboard commissioning, resolve interface issues, and report to the Hull Manager.
