Provides indirect tax advisory support, reviews tax clauses in contracts, maintains tax matrices, coordinates audits and regulatory authority relationships, supervises VAT and WHT filings, manages tax payments and receipts, responds to audit queries, supports tax clearance applications, and coordinates vendor tax obligations. The role requires strong knowledge of Nigerian federal and state tax laws, analytical and interpersonal skills, English proficiency, professional accounting certification, and at least six years of post-graduation tax and accounting experience.

Lead and supervise deepwater subsea, completion and intervention operations offshore, ensuring HSE compliance, planning, execution, reporting (WellView), contractor management, cost control (up to multi‑million USD), continuous improvement, and mentoring junior staff.

Support Contract Administrator with contract documentation, commercial coordination, SAP updates, basic UAE VAT and Letter of Credit tasks, recordkeeping, and cross‑departmental coordination to ensure timely contract actions and reporting.
