Leads all SPS engineering activities for EPFS offshore projects, including subsea hardware, control systems, supplier performance, technical reviews, risk management, procurement support, testing, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and handover. Provides technical leadership to SPS engineering teams, manages multidisciplinary interfaces, ensures compliance with applicable standards and HSE requirements, and maintains technical integrity throughout project execution.

Leads document control for a Subsea Production System work package across project phases. Responsibilities include implementing document management processes, supervising four Document Controllers, maintaining the Document Management System and SharePoint access, managing correspondence and final documentation, coordinating with contractors, and reporting documentation concerns to management. The role requires extensive document control leadership experience in large-scale industrial, oil and gas, engineering, or construction projects.

Leads the creation and scaling of the company’s IT function across Abu Dhabi and Alaska. Defines technology strategy, builds cloud, identity, collaboration, networking, and business systems, and establishes cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and IT-OT governance. Oversees vendors, contracts, budgets, regulatory compliance, remote construction-site connectivity, and IT team development through project construction and operations.
