Lead YellowScan’s Southeast Asia regional business, including Malaysian subsidiary development, P&L ownership, growth strategy, sales, key accounts, distributor networks, strategic partnerships, team building, customer support, forecasting, and headquarters coordination. The role focuses on expanding UAV and geospatial technology markets across surveying, infrastructure, forestry, mining, utilities, government, and defense sectors.

Coordinates technical and industrial skills training for refinery and petrochemical operations staff. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, managing internal and external trainers, reviewing course content, evaluating delivery and trainee feedback, maintaining training records, developing KPIs, supporting career development, and delivering training when required. The role requires extensive refining or petrochemical experience, knowledge of engineering and safety standards, and experience with major EPCC projects in multicultural environments.
