Perform pre-funding, post-closing, targeted, and vendor QC reviews of mortgage loan files to assess accuracy, investor eligibility, regulatory compliance, and adherence to policies; validate findings, manage vendor responses, track defects and trends, support remediation, and produce QC reporting to drive process improvements and control enhancements.

The National Account Executive manages client relationships in Non-Agency wholesale mortgage sales, focusing on both client retention and new business development while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Develop and manage institutional relationships with banks and credit unions to drive referral and wholesale origination of non-Agency and Jumbo mortgage loans. Provide application configuration, troubleshooting, escalation, and end-user support for mortgage origination/acquisition systems.
