Develop and manage institutional relationships with banks and credit unions to drive referral and wholesale origination of non-Agency and Jumbo mortgage loans. Source new partners, educate on products and underwriting, coordinate loan execution with internal teams, grow production within assigned territory, and represent Verus at industry events.

Provide day-to-day support for data operations: triage and resolve ServiceNow data tickets, investigate discrepancies, validate data, monitor pipelines, assist Data Engineering with operational ETL tasks, SFTP workflows, and documentation, and coordinate with business teams to ensure data quality and timely issue resolution.
