Provides QA support for ServiceNow development, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, regression testing, UAT coordination, stakeholder communication, and support-ticket triage. The role will help select and build automated regression testing using tools such as ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, or Playwright, while providing backup testing support for web applications and improving QA processes.

Leads business analysis and discovery for mortgage technology initiatives, partnering with operations and technology teams to improve loan origination workflows. Identifies automation and AI opportunities, evaluates business cases, translates mortgage requirements into user stories and functional solutions, and supports implementation, testing, training, and adoption. Requires substantial business analysis and mortgage industry experience, especially in non-Agency lending environments.

Designs and delivers mortgage training programs for third-party origination partners and internal teams. Responsibilities include onboarding, webinars, systems training, instructional videos, documentation, job aids, resource version control, training administration, and effectiveness analysis. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and leadership to improve product adoption, operational performance, and client retention.
