Serves as an escalation resource for complex platform support issues, conducting root-cause analysis through database, log, and system diagnostics. Manages technical bug backlogs, monitoring and alerting platforms, access administration, runbooks, and support tooling. Partners with Engineering and customer experience teams on critical cases, escalation criteria, process improvements, automation, and platform reliability. Provides technical mentorship and participates in on-call support for high-priority incidents.

Leads the long-term strategy, operations, and AI transformation of the Technical Support organization. Oversees service delivery, scalability, KPIs, customer escalations, process improvement, executive customer relationships, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Enterprise SaaS Account Executive responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new logo business into contact centers and back-office organizations. Build and maintain 5x-quota pipeline, manage bookings quota, coordinate complex enterprise sales cycles, engage executive stakeholders (VITO), leverage AI-enabled insights, and keep Salesforce and sales cadences updated. Travel up to 25% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Intradiem's Dynamic Workforce Orchestration solution.
