Enterprise SaaS Account Executive responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new logo business into contact centers and back-office organizations. Build and maintain 5x-quota pipeline, manage bookings quota, coordinate complex enterprise sales cycles, engage executive stakeholders (VITO), leverage AI-enabled insights, and keep Salesforce and sales cadences updated. Travel up to 25% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Intradiem's Dynamic Workforce Orchestration solution.

Lead enterprise data strategy and governance, build AI-ready data infrastructure and BI systems, own SharePoint platform, partner cross-functionally to ensure data quality, access, compliance, and user adoption.

The Director of Enterprise AI Enablement will lead AI transformation initiatives, manage an AI Enablement team, oversee AI product selection, and ensure best practices in AI governance, fostering a culture of innovation and change management across the organization.
