Business Analyst / QA Analyst gathers and documents requirements, creates functional specifications and process flows, develops test cases, performs functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing, manages defects, validates data and releases, and coordinates with business and technical stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Provides technical support to international healthcare clients through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots EMR and patient accounting system issues, documents interactions, collaborates on complex problems, escalates critical incidents, and creates support materials. The role requires strong English communication, technical problem-solving, familiarity with ticketing and CRM tools, rotating-shift flexibility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Spanish fluency and healthcare claims experience are preferred.

Leads enterprise architecture, governance, optimization, and integration of Epic’s Cogito analytics ecosystem, including Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito Cloud, Cosmos, and Agent Factory. Designs healthcare data warehouses and predictive analytics foundations, supports AI and reporting initiatives, ensures HIPAA-compliant governance and security, and partners with clinical, IT, analytics, and executive stakeholders. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, roadmap planning, and oversight of Epic Gold Stars and Honor Roll analytics maturity efforts.

Leads the strategy, governance, architecture, analytics, AI oversight, integration, RPA, testing, Epic Cogito, and Workday platforms. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, enterprise data quality, reporting, system roadmaps, release governance, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional delivery across clinical, operational, financial, HR, and IT stakeholders. The role combines strategic leadership with technical depth to improve decision-making, automation, compliance, and trust in enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports, perform ETL from multiple data sources, optimize queries and data models, analyze trends, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights. The role collaborates with stakeholders, supports ad hoc reporting, documents data processes, and contributes to data-driven decision-making. Required experience includes 3–5 years in BI or data analysis, strong BI tool and SQL proficiency, data modeling and ETL knowledge, and familiarity with relational databases.

Provides principal-level Epic Cogito analytics consulting, including healthcare data architecture, BI modeling, reporting, dashboard development, data-quality troubleshooting, and integration. Translates clinical, operational, financial, and executive needs into analytics solutions using Epic Chronicle, Clarity, Caboodle, Power BI, SSRS, Microsoft Fabric, and REST APIs. Manages Jira-based analytics delivery, documentation, governance, stakeholder workshops, process automation, and mentorship while supporting population health and enterprise healthcare intelligence initiatives.

Monitor, investigate, and respond to endpoint security events using SentinelOne and Trend Micro. Perform threat hunting, malware analysis, vulnerability and patch management, incident response, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT teams to implement security controls and ensure compliance.

Implement, configure, support, and optimize Epic Cadence and referral workflows. Gather requirements, build and test Cadence enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, support integrations with other Epic modules, and maintain documentation.

Support, configure, and optimize Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing and Claims modules. Translate business requirements into Epic builds, manage claim generation/edits, remittance and denial workflows, perform testing/upgrades, troubleshoot issues, produce documentation and training, and collaborate with Revenue Cycle and IT teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Implement, configure, and support the Epic Beacon module. Gather clinical requirements, build and test Beacon workflows, support UAT and production, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, participate in upgrades, and provide L2/L3 and on-call end-user support.

Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing and claims workflows. Translate business requirements into Epic solutions, support claim generation/remittance/denial management, perform system build/testing/upgrades, troubleshoot issues, produce documentation and training, and collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, and IT teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Implement, configure, support, and optimize Epic ADT and Cadence modules. Gather and document requirements, design and deploy enhancements, perform testing (unit, integrated, UAT), provide L2/L3 production support, create documentation, and collaborate with clinical and patient access teams to ensure integrated, compliant workflows.

Configure, support, and optimize Epic Beacon; gather clinical requirements; build, test, and deploy enhancements; provide L2/L3 production support, UAT participation, documentation, and on-call end-user support while ensuring Epic best practices and oncology workflow alignment.

Implement, configure, support, and optimize Epic ADT and Cadence modules. Gather requirements, build and test enhancements, provide L2/L3 production support, participate in upgrades and implementations, maintain documentation, and ensure integration with other Epic modules.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls across cloud and on-prem environments. Monitor SIEM and security tooling, perform vulnerability assessments and incident response, manage firewalls/IDS/IPS/VPNs, secure Windows/Linux and cloud platforms, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve overall security posture and compliance.
