Business Analyst / QA Analyst gathers and documents requirements, creates functional specifications and process flows, develops test cases, performs functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing, manages defects, validates data and releases, and coordinates with business and technical stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Provides technical support to international healthcare clients through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots EMR and patient accounting system issues, documents interactions, collaborates on complex problems, escalates critical incidents, and creates support materials. The role requires strong English communication, technical problem-solving, familiarity with ticketing and CRM tools, rotating-shift flexibility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Spanish fluency and healthcare claims experience are preferred.

Leads enterprise architecture, governance, optimization, and integration of Epic’s Cogito analytics ecosystem, including Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito Cloud, Cosmos, and Agent Factory. Designs healthcare data warehouses and predictive analytics foundations, supports AI and reporting initiatives, ensures HIPAA-compliant governance and security, and partners with clinical, IT, analytics, and executive stakeholders. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, roadmap planning, and oversight of Epic Gold Stars and Honor Roll analytics maturity efforts.
