Own and drive enterprise B2B revenue growth through new client acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, market expansion across Africa, deal structuring/pricing, and building a high-performance sales engine. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and month-end close; maintain general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory and procurements; process payroll; ensure statutory compliance (VAT, WHT, PAYE, ITF, NSITF); support audits; maintain vendor and financial records; communicate with stakeholders and tax authorities.

Dual-role supervising site HSE compliance and directly managing soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control). Develops and enforces HSE systems, conducts risk assessments, issues Permits to Work, investigates incidents, manages environmental monitoring and training. Plans cleaning/grounds schedules, audits performance, manages chemicals and equipment, oversees contractors, produces reports, and liaises with client management.

Serve as single technical authority for client facilities, ensuring reliability of integrated power and MEP systems. Lead troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, energy optimisation, HV safety, compliance, and client-facing reporting while coaching engineering teams and driving continuous improvements.

Build internal automation tools, workflow systems, mobile/web operational apps, dashboards, and data collection systems using the Zoho ecosystem. Collaborate with management across facility management, maintenance, logistics, and admin to automate processes, track operations, and improve reporting.

Lead accounting and financial control functions, produce monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning, strengthen internal controls, monitor project profitability, support statutory reporting, tax and audits, and provide financial analysis and decision-support to executive management.

Manage end-to-end procurement and importation of equipment, spare parts, and consumables from international suppliers. Coordinate sea/air shipments, freight forwarders, customs clearance, import documentation, and last-mile delivery across Nigeria. Negotiate rates, track landed costs, maintain audit-ready records, ensure NAFDAC/SON compliance, manage RFQs and supplier contracts, and resolve logistics issues proactively.

Serve as Chief of Staff and Senior Project Manager translating CEO strategy into actionable plans, driving end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, building operational systems and SOPs, managing vendors, producing dashboards and polished materials, and ensuring cross-functional accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation.
