Lead and coordinate day-to-day security operations for client facilities, supervise outsourced guard forces, manage access control/CCTV, plan VIP/event security, conduct incident/crisis response and investigations, perform risk assessments, and provide security reporting and stakeholder briefings.

Manage end-to-end facilities procurement: source and purchase spare parts, consumables, PPE, tools, and subcontracted services; run RFQs and negotiations; raise and track POs; administer contracts and supplier performance; maintain inventory and compliance records; control spend against budgets and align procurement with maintenance schedules.

Lead and manage the grounds and landscaping team, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, operating and maintaining grounds equipment, overseeing plant health and irrigation, ensuring safety compliance, using the facility CMMS/CAFM for records, and coordinating with the Facilities Management team for events and resourcing.

Lead HSE for Facilities Management in a 24/7 high-footfall public venue: deliver inductions and training, develop and maintain RAMS, run site inspections and audits, manage incident investigations and permit-to-work systems, ensure Nigerian HSE statutory compliance (e.g., NESREA), maintain records in CMMS/CAFM, support emergency drills, and promote proactive safety culture.

Lead IFS Group's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across business development, marketing, client acquisition, and account expansion. Win high-value FM and engineering service contracts, build senior client relationships, manage proposals and bids, and align commercial commitments with operations to scale long-term contracts and pipeline.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple facility projects across sites: build and maintain trackers and SOPs, enforce quality standards, manage vendors, produce dashboards and stakeholder-ready visuals, and drive cross-functional accountability to ensure on-time, consistent delivery.
