Own and drive enterprise B2B revenue growth through new client acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, market expansion across Africa, deal structuring/pricing, and building a high-performance sales engine. Work in the field and boardroom to close large corporate accounts and deliver measurable pipeline, margin, and execution targets.

Lead strategic planning and delivery of PJDI, WIN, CSR/ESG, and CEO initiatives. Manage participant recruitment, curriculum, budgets, KPIs, stakeholder and partner relationships, fundraising, governance, reporting, and events. Provide CEO office support and governance for associated bodies (CPAN, AFMPN), ensuring programmes meet timelines, quality standards, and measurable social impact.

Lead and operate a scalable circular-economy initiative end-to-end: set strategy and roadmap, secure government and regulatory approvals, own commercial P&L and sales funnel, build partnerships and stakeholder engagement, manage field operations and teams, and act as the public face to drive adoption and scale.
