Lead strategy and execution for enterprise RHEL 10 in-place upgrades: design upgrade architecture, build and run Ansible AAP automation (job templates/playbooks) using Leapp, validate and document pre/post upgrade processes, troubleshoot with Red Hat Engineering, facilitate workshops, manage scope and stakeholders, and provide weekly project status reporting.
