Serve as principal AI technical advisor to translate emerging AI capabilities into workforce development and mission-focused training. Collaborate with researchers and engineers to define skills, build curriculum, create labs and use cases, support demonstrations and workshops, evaluate technologies, and guide AI governance, MLOps, LLMs, agentic AI, and cybersecurity integration for national security missions.

Develop, maintain, and enhance diverse software systems. Oversee software teams, conduct reviews, ensure quality, and design algorithms according to requirements.

Lead design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI systems for mission-critical cyber and intelligence operations. Architect scalable MLOps pipelines, deploy models to cloud, on‑prem, and edge, integrate AI into cybersecurity workflows, ensure secure and RMF-compliant deployments, mentor engineers, and transition prototypes into operational systems.

Develop analytics from cyber and SIGINT data, using Java and big data technologies. Collaborate with customers to create prototypes and improve data representation.

Responsible for Quality Assurance in training material and developing lesson plans, ensuring compliance and effectiveness in instructional delivery.

Provide technical writing support for proposals, RFIs/RFPs, white papers, SOPs, user guides, and program deliverables. Translate technical/AI/ML content for non-technical audiences, standardize templates, maintain document libraries, create diagrams, ensure quality and compliance with DoD/intelligence standards and ISO 9001, and collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Perform advanced digital network exploitation and related cybersecurity tasks. Requires extensive experience in systems design/development, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and system or hardware/software engineering. US citizens with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph only.

Analyze malicious binaries via dynamic and static techniques to determine functionality, callbacks, attribution, and indicators of compromise. Produce documentation to enable detection, signatures, and mitigation.

Perform signals and protocol analysis for communications and network environments. Requires analyzing bitstreams and waveforms, troubleshooting networks, characterizing traffic, and supporting network security tasks. Must hold active TS/SCI with polygraph and meet strict education/experience combinations.

Advanced exploitation analysis role requiring TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Requires extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in systems design, programming, cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and network/system administration. Degree in a related technical field required; US citizens only.

Analyze digital network and SIGINT data to detect, classify, and document malicious activity and TTPs. Track and report targets using metadata, focus on network or host analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and perform malware analysis.

The Data Scientist Level 4 develops strategies to extract insights from large datasets, utilizing advanced analytics and machine learning techniques. Responsibilities include statistical analysis, modeling, and effectively communicating findings to non-technical audiences.

The Cryptanalytic Computer Scientist 3 is responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating mathematical models and methods to solve complex problems in computer science, requiring significant relevant experience and educational qualifications.

This role involves analyzing user requirements, debugging software, leading teams, designing software and databases, and implementing complex algorithms while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Design and apply advanced analytic methods to large, structured and unstructured datasets; build ML and NLP solutions, deploy data science tooling in HPC/cloud environments, and deliver insights to customers while working on-site at Tech Port San Antonio.

The Data Scientist Level 3 will analyze large datasets, develop strategies for data extraction, and communicate findings. Required experience includes machine learning and programming.

Analyze malicious binaries via controlled execution and static assembly analysis to identify functionalities and indicators of compromise.

Perform technical analysis of malicious binaries to ascertain functionality, assist in malware detection, and provide detailed documentation for detection and mitigation.

Conduct advanced reverse engineering of malicious binaries to determine functionality and assist with malware detection and mitigation processes.

The Software Engineer Level 4 will develop analytics using various software languages, collaborate with development teams, and oversee analytic approaches across systems.
