The role supports state health priorities, builds local capacity, addresses implementation challenges, and uses program data and stakeholder feedback to improve telemedicine services and technology platforms.

Lead design and development of the full web stack, solve architecture, scalability and performance issues, implement features, optimize databases and systems, oversee code quality and testing, mentor and manage a 4-7 developer team, coordinate releases with product leadership, and ensure high availability, security and maintainable architecture.

Lead design and development of Android and React Native mobile applications, solve performance and architectural challenges, mentor the Android team, build testable reusable modules, implement offline-first synchronization, integrate third-party services, manage releases, and collaborate with architects and product leadership to deliver product releases on schedule.
