You will partner with the Senior Director of People & Operations, to drive recruitment, support people initiatives, strengthen HR operations, and contribute to building a culture where people can do their best work.
Talent Acquisition (40%)

Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source, assess, and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Support organization branding initiatives
HR Business Partnering (30%)

Partner with managers and staff on day-to-day people operations.

Support performance management, staff engagement, learning, and development initiatives.

Facilitate onboarding, confirmations, employee transitions, and exit processes.

Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.

Promote staff well-being and ensure a positive staff experience.
HR Operations & Office Administration (20%)

Manage staff records, HR documentation, HRIS, and policy administration.

Support payroll inputs, leave administration, and compliance activities.

Coordinate office administration, vendor management, workplace logistics, and asset management.

Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and operational excellence.
People Analytics (10%)

Maintain HRMS tools, Prepare HR dashboards and people reports.

Analyse recruitment, headcount, attrition, and engagement metrics.
-
Use data-driven insights to inform process decisions and support organisational effectiveness.

4.5–7 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & HRBP.

Experience hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or nonprofit organisations.

Experience in HR Business Partnering, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.

Good stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across teams.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Requirements
Required Skills

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.

4.5–7 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition & HRBP.

Experience in HR Business Partnering, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.

Hands-on experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools.

Preferred Skills
