Performs monthly period close, journal entry posting, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, donor fund utilization reporting, GST and TDS filings, audit support, and ad hoc financial analysis. The role requires strong accounting software and Excel skills, familiarity with Indian compliance requirements, and the ability to manage deadlines and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Leads implementation and scale-up of Maharashtra’s eSanjeevani telemedicine program. Oversees operational planning, budgets, teams, government and partner relationships, monitoring and evaluation, training, advocacy, reporting, and research. The role supports state health priorities, builds local capacity, addresses implementation challenges, and uses program data and stakeholder feedback to improve telemedicine services and technology platforms.

Lead design and development of the full web stack, solve architecture, scalability and performance issues, implement features, optimize databases and systems, oversee code quality and testing, mentor and manage a 4-7 developer team, coordinate releases with product leadership, and ensure high availability, security and maintainable architecture.
