Supports day-to-day office administration, facilities coordination, vendor management, procurement, supplies, workplace services, documentation, employee support, scheduling, and operational logistics. Coordinates maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, meetings, onboarding arrangements, invoices, records, safety readiness, and office-related requests across teams. Requires strong organization, follow-through, communication, practical problem-solving, and independent prioritization in an in-person office environment.

Direct product strategy, roadmap planning, market and user research, requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management for AI-enabled digital health products. Partners with technical, clinical, program, and leadership teams to guide experimentation, prototyping, validation, documentation, and potential productization while ensuring responsible AI, regulatory compliance, safety, equity, privacy, and user value.

The People Operations Partner will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with managers on employee lifecycle and performance initiatives, manage HR operations and documentation, support payroll and compliance, coordinate workplace administration, and maintain HR analytics and reporting. The role also contributes to employer branding, employee engagement, onboarding, organizational effectiveness, and improvements to candidate and staff experiences in a remote, mission-driven organization.
