The Business & Growth Analyst II at InstaLILY AI is responsible for managing client relationships, conducting market research, driving product knowledge, and collaborating with teams to improve service delivery.

Founding Engineering Manager for London office to lead a 6-10 engineer team building an enterprise AI agent platform. Own technical direction, delivery, hiring, performance management, and customer-facing technical work. Act as a player-coach: review designs, ship production LLM systems, run incident response, and embed with enterprise customers.

Build and productionize InstaLILY's AI agents platform: design and implement features, collaborate with product and design, ensure CI/CD and testing, deploy ML infrastructure, engage directly with enterprise customers, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The GTM Engineer will design scalable systems for prospecting and outreach, build scoring frameworks, automate workflows, and track performance metrics.

Manage post-pilot enterprise customer accounts, drive expansion through strategic use case identification, and collaborate cross-functionally for customer success and transformation.

Develop and maintain InstaLILY's AI agents platform, collaborate with product/design/growth and enterprise stakeholders, ship customer-facing features, ensure reliability via testing and CI/CD, and iterate on feedback while staying current on AI trends.

Coordinate day-to-day internal operations, scheduling, and office management for the London office. Plan and host branded events, manage vendor and guest logistics, support hiring coordination and onboarding, maintain shared calendars and documentation, and enable leadership team execution through precise communication and follow-up tracking.

Own InstaLILY's events program end-to-end: plan hosted summits, dinners, mixers, and conference presence; manage vendors, venues, registration platforms, invite lists, and budgets; partner with Brand & Content and Women in AI; track event ROI and pipeline impact; coordinate post-event follow-up and on-site execution.

Design and implement polished, production-ready front-end experiences and design systems in code. Build UI across chat, voice, copilots, and agentic workflows, improve tooling and prototyping, ensure accessibility, performance, and visual quality, and collaborate closely with design and engineering to turn prototypes into shipped products.

Own social engagement, community presence, and content distribution across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, newsletters, creator partnerships, and event amplification. Build authentic community conversation, repurpose long-form content, run experiments, measure growth, and operate independently while aligning to brand voice and AI-native tooling.

Support the COO, CEO, and Ops team with executive support, cross-functional coordination, and process building. Prepare meeting briefs, capture decisions, track timelines and dependencies, design templates and dashboards, assist events and office logistics, and improve internal systems to increase execution velocity. High-trust internship with mentorship and potential conversion to full-time.

Own InstaLILY's brand voice across social and long-form channels. Ghostwrite for executives, produce thought leadership, newsletters, case studies, and sales enablement copy. Run SEO-focused writing and experiments, measure performance, iterate on what drives engagement and pipeline, and collaborate on strategic messaging.

Hands-on product role owning platform and engagement surfaces end-to-end. Improve deployment and scalability, build client onboarding and retention tooling, design user engagement/habit loops, work closely with engineering and analytics, ship and iterate quickly, and reduce operational complexity to drive adoption and retention.

Own outbound prospecting and early-stage deal management for the supply chain vertical. Qualify leads, run discovery calls and early demos, nurture pipeline, synthesize market and customer insights, and deliver product feedback to shape GTM and product strategy.

Partner with the COO to extend capacity across customers, PE/portfolio partnerships, and revenue-driving deals. Lead commercial execution, represent the COO in high-stakes meetings, translate strategy into executable plans, own operating cadence, and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.

The Operator will lead cross-functional projects, build systems, prepare materials, and automate workflows in support of the CEO's initiatives at InstaLILY.

Lead and scale the Pharma business unit at InstaLILY by leveraging existing accounts, creating a sales playbook, and ensuring AI compliance in pharma operations.

Lead the Field Services business unit, driving growth, creating operational strategies, and ensuring customer success with a focus on AI integration.
