Leads redlines, data protection terms, technical scoping, approvals, execution tracking, sales enablement, template development, and deal desk implementation. The role requires translating technical architecture into contract language, protecting scope, maintaining accuracy under high volume, and building contracting processes from scratch.

Own InstaLILY’s product marketing function as a solo leader. Define category positioning, product narratives, vertical messaging, competitive strategy, sales enablement, analyst relations, case studies, launches, and pricing input. Partner directly with founders, sales, engineers, and customers across construction, distribution, logistics, and healthcare. The role emphasizes exceptional writing, enterprise deal understanding, technical curiosity, AI-native workflows, and in-person work five days weekly in New York.

Own InstaLILY’s video strategy and production from concept through delivery. Produce customer stories, founder and executive short-form content, event coverage, and product videos. Responsibilities include interviewing and directing subjects, filming on location, lighting, audio, editing, color, sound, motion graphics, footage organization, freelancer coordination, and maintaining a consistent publishing cadence. The role requires independent creative ideation, full-stack production skills, comfort at industrial locations, AI-enabled workflows, and approximately 25% travel.
