Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; build and maintain financial models; analyze KPIs (sales, labor, costs); partner with business leaders; prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations; automate and improve planning and reporting processes.

Manage web, app, and digital menu board content across all channels; own coupon and promotions setup and reporting; maintain the digital content calendar; support campaign analysis and conversion optimization; troubleshoot platform issues and document processes to ensure accurate, on-brand digital experiences.

Lead Insomnia Cookies' digital growth engine across loyalty, CRM (email/push/SMS), paid media, SEO, third-party delivery, Reddit/community, and personalization. Build and execute roadmaps, manage agencies, own loyalty economics and segmentation, activate first-party data, measure incrementality, and partner cross-functionally to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
