Lead alignment of technology, data, and innovation with business goals. Own core and digital banking platforms, data/BI/reporting, automation, AI capabilities, and cross-functional project delivery. Build and lead teams, partner with executives, and elevate use of data and automation across the organization.

Provide personalized member service across multiple branch locations: open and service accounts, assist with consumer loan applications and closings, process transactions, educate members on digital banking, resolve account issues, and recommend financial products to deepen relationships while following credit union policies and regulatory requirements.

Support planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Design graphics and content, manage website CMS, social media, and digital ads. Monitor performance with GA4/GTM and analytics, produce reports, assist email marketing and CRM tasks, coordinate photography/videography and basic video editing, and collaborate with internal teams while ensuring brand and regulatory compliance. Leverage AI tools and stay current on marketing best practices.
