Presents large datasets as useful management information for corporate and field leadership.

Supports turnaround cost control across planning, execution, and post-turnaround phases. Reviews vendor quotes, manages purchase order and staffing records, tracks labor, equipment, materials, and per diem costs, reconciles vendor charges, monitors forecasts and burn rates, validates invoices and financial data, and closes purchase orders. The role also supports cost meetings, vendor relationships, process improvements, and ad hoc requests.

Mechanical Planners scope and plan jobs across various disciplines, develop detailed job plans, and manage material ordering and scheduling using SAP and Primavera P6.

The Turnaround Scheduler oversees project schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure accurate forecasting and compliance throughout project phases, while mobilizing to field for daily updates.

The I&E Designer manages project design and drafting, prepares diagrams, coordinates designs, and communicates with stakeholders. Requires senior-level expertise and includes travel to project sites.

The I&E Planner coordinates and plans routine instrumentation and electrical reliability work, ensuring compliance with specifications, managing resources, and estimating costs.

The Supply Chain Contract Administrator manages contractor agreements, overseeing contract creation, compliance, and risk assessment while ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
