Manages federal, state, and local tax compliance, payroll tax reporting, multi-state business registrations, accounting reconciliations, internal controls, audits, and vendor tax documentation. Coordinates with accounting, payroll, HR, operations, external CPAs, tax advisors, vendors, and government agencies. Maintains filing calendars, researches tax notices, ensures accurate reporting, and identifies process improvements and tax savings opportunities.

Processes labor, material, and equipment charges in SAP; supports contractor invoicing, cost allocation, reconciliation, and maintenance administration. Ensures compliance with SAP procedures, assists customers and contractors, performs clerical duties, coordinates meetings, and records daily employee TRACK inputs. Requires strong administrative skills, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a TWIC Card; petrochemical and TRACK experience are preferred.

Supports turnaround cost control across planning, execution, and post-turnaround phases. Reviews vendor quotes, manages purchase order and staffing records, tracks labor, equipment, materials, and per diem costs, reconciles vendor charges, monitors forecasts and burn rates, validates invoices and financial data, and closes purchase orders. The role also supports cost meetings, vendor relationships, process improvements, and ad hoc requests.
