The Turnaround Scheduler shall report to the Lead Turnaround Specialist during execution and the Project Controls Lead during planning phase. The scheduler is responsible for all aspects of his/her assigned project area throughout its life cycle.
Schedulers will walk down scope, verify progress, and coordinate with all parties to ensure the schedule reflects proper status and forecast.
During execution Schedulers with mobilize to the field and provided daily forecasts for the management team.
Planning Phase
Develop proper scheduling infrastructure for each turnaround: activity codes, resources, WBS nodes, etc. Import jobs, tie logic, code, resource load/level all work in schedule Facilitate schedule reviews with TMT and Ops Work with planners and operations to develop decom/com plans for each system Work with cost group and planners on histograms and start/stop dates of necessary contractors
Execution Phase
Contractor Onboarding Follow assigned contractors/jobs and verify progress throughout all phases Work with scheduler to monitor productivity of contractor throughout all phases Monitor all contractor's safety practices Monitor contractor's head count and insure it is appropriate for the work fronts Work with inspections to identify any additional/discovery work Coordinate with cost group on AWR cost.

Maintain clean and non-repetitious scheduling database Maintain a safe and sanitary work place Constantly monitor Client's scheduling practices and suggest improvements where you see fit Maintenance assistance Potential Capital work assignments
Skills Required
- Experience in scheduling infrastructure development
- Knowledge of WBS and resource loading
