Processes labor, material, and equipment charges in SAP; supports contractor invoicing, cost allocation, reconciliation, and maintenance administration. Ensures compliance with SAP procedures, assists customers and contractors, performs clerical duties, coordinates meetings, and records daily employee TRACK inputs. Requires strong administrative skills, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a TWIC Card; petrochemical and TRACK experience are preferred.

- Processes labor, material, and equipment charges in SAP system.
- Ensures compliance of SAP work processes, procedures, and standards.
- Assists with contractor invoicing; including compiling invoice back-up documentation, cost allocation in SAP and invoice reconciliation.
- Performs various maintenance administrative functions as necessary.
- Communicates effectively and consistently with all levels of the organization and internal and external contractors.
- Assists customers in relation to SAP, cost and invoicing.
- Ensures SAP policies and procedures are followed.
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Sets-up and coordinates meetings and conferences
- Daily TRACK inputs for company employees on site
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, experience in a petrochemical environment preferred
- SAP proficiency
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- TRACK experience preferred
- TWIC Card required
