Lead global product marketing for X-Ray/OCD and hybrid metrology solutions. Define positioning, GTM strategy, roadmaps, and pricing. Drive adoption at advanced nodes, enable sales and field teams, support key customer engagements, and deliver competitive and customer intelligence while partnering with Product, R&D, Applications, Sales, and Service.

Provide on-site and remote applications support for semiconductor steppers and inspection/metrology systems; perform experiments and analyses, aid equipment design/redesign, run demos and customer training, interface with sales and internal teams, support demo labs, generate marketing data, and travel extensively (up to 80%).
