Define strategy and oversee the lifecycle of next-generation optical metrology products, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, customers, and external partners. Manage product metrics, budgets, resources, revenue and cost targets, quality, customer feedback, and innovation opportunities. International travel to customer sites is required at least 20% of the time.

Provides technical leadership and hands-on software development for semiconductor inspection and metrology platforms. Responsibilities include software architecture, system integration, production-quality development, troubleshooting hardware-integrated systems, technical decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and delivery of new product capabilities. The role works across software, hardware, optics, automation, manufacturing, applications, and service teams to build reliable and scalable capital equipment solutions.

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will design and maintain enterprise-level data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions, optimizing SQL queries and ensuring data quality across systems to support strategic decision-making.
