Provide on-site and remote technical support for semiconductor metrology tools: customer communication (English, Japanese preferred), metrology modeling and advanced computing analysis, recipe creation, system installation/qualification, data acquisition, troubleshooting, training, and cross-functional collaboration to develop new applications and introduce software analysis features.

Support end-to-end order fulfillment for assigned accounts: create and maintain forecasts and sales orders, manage documentation and SOX-compliant booking, coordinate shipments and Incoterms, resolve order issues cross-functionally, and update Oracle systems. Participate in process improvements and customer communications across time zones.

Provide comprehensive desktop support for global end-users including troubleshooting, device management, security compliance, and collaboration technology support while ensuring effective IT service delivery and user satisfaction.
