Provides psychological testing, diagnostic assessments, therapy, treatment planning, care coordination, and client advocacy. Responsibilities include administering and scoring psychological tests, drafting reports, documenting clinical services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in supervision, and supporting outreach initiatives. The role requires an LPC-A certification, master’s degree completion, healthcare experience, and progression to full LPC certification within one year.

Provides direct and indirect client care through psychological testing, data analysis, report drafting, biofeedback/neurofeedback support, and potential supervised therapy services. Maintains clinical records, supplies, and department workflows; communicates with supervisors and participates in meetings, outreach, and departmental initiatives. Requires healthcare experience, administrative proficiency, strong communication, and client rapport skills.

Administers psychological tests and provides direct client care within the Psychological Testing Department. Reviews and scores testing data, compiles findings, drafts reports, responds to testing questions, maintains electronic records and department supplies, and communicates with supervisors. The role also supports meetings, client outreach, recalls, administrative workflows, and other departmental initiatives.

Provide front-desk and administrative support in a clinical practice: check in/out clients, schedule appointments, collect copays, maintain PM/EMR records, process intakes and medical records per HIPAA, handle phones/faxes/emails, coordinate with billing, track referrals, maintain office appearance and supplies, and assist with insurance verification and billing support.

Provide psychological testing, QEEG/neurofeedback assessments and treatments, therapy under supervision, diagnostic evaluations, report writing, documentation in EHR, equipment maintenance, client communication, and participate in marketing and team coordination.

Provide evidence-based therapeutic services including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, coordination of multidisciplinary care, referrals, documentation, supervision participation, client resource advocacy, and occasional marketing/outreach. Work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
