Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, including calendar and travel management, meeting minutes, mail and invoice processing, event coordination, marketing assistance, preparing presentations, tracking managerial calendars, and ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth company operations.

Provide evidence-based therapeutic services including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, coordination of multidisciplinary care, referrals, documentation, supervision participation, client resource advocacy, and occasional marketing/outreach. Work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Provide evidence-based diagnostic assessment and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Develop treatment plans, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, complete required documentation, and connect clients with resources and referrals. Work evenings and weekends, participate in supervision, and engage in occasional marketing or community outreach.

Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning for individuals, families, and groups. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, complete documentation and EHR tasks, participate in supervision, assist clients accessing resources, provide referrals, and engage in occasional marketing or outreach events.

Provide diagnostic assessments and evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Develop and review treatment plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care and referrals, assist clients in accessing resources and coping tools, complete documentation and charting, participate in supervision, and engage in occasional marketing or community outreach. Work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Provide evidence-based therapeutic services including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, care coordination, referrals, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Participate in supervision, resource advocacy, and occasional marketing; must be licensed in Texas and proficient with clinical electronic systems.

Provide evidence-based diagnostic assessment and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Develop and review treatment plans, coordinate care and treatment teams, complete documentation and referrals, engage in multidisciplinary collaboration and supervision, and assist clients in accessing resources and coping tools. Participate in outreach/marketing and other assigned duties.

Provide front-desk and administrative support in a clinical practice: check in/out clients, schedule appointments, collect copays, maintain PM/EMR records, process intakes and medical records per HIPAA, handle phones/faxes/emails, coordinate with billing, track referrals, maintain office appearance and supplies, and assist with insurance verification and billing support.

Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy; supervise diagnosticians and psychological testing; review and finalize 20+ psychological reports weekly; develop treatment plans; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams; complete EHR documentation; participate in consultations and occasional outreach/marketing.

Provide front-desk and administrative support to ensure excellent client experience: check-in/out clients, schedule appointments, collect copays, maintain PM records, process intakes/medical records following HIPAA, handle phone and email inquiries, assist billing and clinician requests, track referrals and client follow-ups, and maintain office appearance and supplies.

Provide evidence-based diagnostic assessments and therapeutic treatment to individuals, families, and groups. Develop and review treatment plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care teams and referrals, complete clinical documentation in EHRs, and assist clients accessing resources. Participate in supervision and represent the organization at marketing events as needed.
