Provides psychological testing, diagnostic assessments, therapy, treatment planning, care coordination, and client advocacy. Responsibilities include administering and scoring psychological tests, drafting reports, documenting clinical services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in supervision, and supporting outreach initiatives. The role requires an LPC-A certification, master’s degree completion, healthcare experience, and progression to full LPC certification within one year.

Provides direct and indirect client care through psychological testing, data analysis, report drafting, biofeedback/neurofeedback support, and potential supervised therapy services. Maintains clinical records, supplies, and department workflows; communicates with supervisors and participates in meetings, outreach, and departmental initiatives. Requires healthcare experience, administrative proficiency, strong communication, and client rapport skills.

Administers psychological tests and provides direct client care within the Psychological Testing Department. Reviews and scores testing data, compiles findings, drafts reports, responds to testing questions, maintains electronic records and department supplies, and communicates with supervisors. The role also supports meetings, client outreach, recalls, administrative workflows, and other departmental initiatives.
