Support inclusive preschool classrooms by implementing early childhood activities, maintaining health and safety, assisting curriculum delivery, engaging children in learning through play, collaborating with families and staff, supervising field trips, and participating in program quality improvement and community outreach.

Substitute, on-call preschool assistant who supports lead teachers with instructional and non-instructional classroom activities, maintains an inclusive and safe learning environment, participates in quality assurance and performance review, and performs other assigned duties to meet agency and regulatory standards.

Provide high-level administrative, project-management, and operational support to the CEO. Manage calendars, communications, board logistics, travel, event coordination, agency-wide administration, records, purchasing, and confidential materials. Support fundraising events, office operations, and interdepartmental coordination in a nonprofit environment, occasionally traveling inter-island or mainland.

Provide independent psychological evaluation, scoring, and interpretation for children (0-8); develop treatment recommendations and referrals; counsel families; document care per regulations; supervise/train non-licensed staff and oversee Family Mental Health Counselor while collaborating with pediatricians, therapists, and community organizations.

Write, develop, and manage grant proposals, reports, and prospect research; coordinate grants strategy and calendars with CEO/CFO and program directors; maintain grants database and ensure timely compliance and reporting.
