The Account Executive is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing new restaurant partners, maintaining sales pipelines, and ensuring successful partnerships.

Qualify and respond to inbound restaurant leads, conduct discovery conversations, manage and maintain pipeline in Salesforce, track KPIs, follow up on inactive leads, and provide feedback to improve lead quality and demand generation.

Implement and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns using Braze and data warehouse integrations. Build complex journey flows, dynamic templates (Liquid), audience segmentation, and QA campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and engineering to validate data, ensure compliance (SMS/email), and scale personalized lifecycle messaging.
