The Learning Experience Designer will create engaging digital learning solutions by developing storyboards and eLearning modules while collaborating with teams to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Turn briefs and source material into storyboards, eLearning modules, and video scripts. Build and test modules in Storyline or Rise, use AI to draft content, incorporate reviewer feedback, and document changes. Participate in kickoffs and client reviews with senior team members.

Design and build end-to-end learning solutions, including eLearning, microlearning, blended programs, simulations, and performance support. Designs and delivers management, business administration, workplace skills, and professional development training across face-to-face, online, and blended formats. Develops lesson plans and learning materials, adapts instruction for mixed-level learners, conducts assessments, provides feedback, and maintains performance records and reports for program reviews, audits, and accreditation.

Leads enterprise learning experience architecture, performance consulting, and learning strategy. Partners with senior stakeholders to diagnose business needs, designs scalable multi-modal learning ecosystems, establishes quality and measurement standards, shapes proposals, and oversees complex programs. Coaches senior designers and consultants, strengthens consulting rigor, and guides the use of AI and emerging technologies in learning design and delivery.

Owns the overall health of a major client engagement by tracking commitments, risks, issues, dependencies, and operating-model delivery. Own end-to-end delivery of leadership development programs, including scheduling, logistics, facilitation, communications, stakeholder and vendor coordination, budgeting, risk tracking, evaluation, and KPI reporting. Administer LMS or talent platform data and support broader talent initiatives such as performance cycles, competency frameworks, succession planning, and career pathing. The role is client-facing and embedded within an L&D/HR function.

Advises capability partners across institutes, builds and sustains professional Communities of Practice, facilitates stakeholder forums, curates knowledge, tracks engagement and impact, and evaluates learning solutions using data and ROI. Coordinates learners, subject matter experts, and leaders while partnering with learning and solution teams to strengthen the organization’s knowledge ecosystem.

Own the architecture and production delivery of agentic and RAG systems, skills inference models, AI evaluations, data pipelines, and MLOps on Azure. Establish standards for reliability, security, responsible AI, governance, and performance; mentor engineers; and communicate technical tradeoffs to stakeholders. The role requires enterprise-scale ownership of production AI systems, including retrieval, orchestration, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and explainability.

Lead a five-month transition to launch and stabilize managed learning services for a global manufacturer. Assess gaps, design the operating model, establish Dubai and India delivery teams, deploy workflow automation and AI, build Design Studio and Content Factory models, implement onboarding and governance, monitor hypercare performance, and hand off documented steady-state operations.

Administer the PeopleFluent LMS, including platform monitoring, troubleshooting, user provisioning and deactivation, access audits, certificate workflows, content and pathway management, training scheduling, and compliance reporting. Support transition activities before taking ownership of LMS integrations and automated workflows. Maintain system documentation and provide first-line assistance for course, content, and assessment issues.

Own the health of an existing digital and blended learning content library. Review accuracy and relevance, prioritize updates, refresh or retire assets, maintain governance and metadata, curate learner journeys, identify content gaps and duplication, and advise stakeholders on content reuse. The role applies adult learning principles, validates quality, and tracks the impact of content improvements on learner feedback, completion, and relevance.

Own end-to-end capability development engagements, including performance diagnosis, capability-gap analysis, measurable proficiency targets, learning interventions, workflow tools, practice support, outcome measurement, and adaptation. Partner with client L&D teams, build director-level stakeholder credibility, use AI tools appropriately, and eventually train additional practitioners.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for global Learning and Development, consulting, and corporate functions. Responsibilities include sourcing, recruiter screenings, interview coordination, stakeholder partnership, offer management, onboarding support, candidate engagement, recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, process improvement, and AI-enabled recruiting initiatives. The role handles multiple requisitions, including volume and niche hiring, in a fast-paced onsite environment.
