The Quality Analyst will perform comprehensive reviews of digital and print learning deliverables ensuring alignment with quality standards, identifying risks, and providing actionable feedback to teams.

Leads global vendor and freelancer network expansion, onboarding, contracting, renewals, invoicing, compliance, performance tracking, and process automation. Manages vendor relationships and leads a team accountable for accurate contract execution, payments, and operational scalability. Requires substantial vendor management or procurement experience, contract lifecycle expertise, and people leadership.

Perform manual and basic automated end-to-end testing of eLearning (WBT, ILT, mobile). Validate SCORM/AICC compliance, accessibility (WCAG/Section 508), LMS compatibility, log defects in Jira, and support accessibility testing to ensure quality and usability.
