We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality across digital and print learning deliverables for a global enterprise client. In this role, you will independently review learning materials end-to-end, ensuring alignment with defined quality frameworks, project requirements, and governance standards.
You will play a critical role in maintaining delivery excellence by identifying risks early, enforcing quality standards, and providing clear, actionable feedback to project teams. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of quality outcomes and operates confidently in fast-paced production environments.
What You’ll DoIndependently perform comprehensive QA reviews of digital and print learning deliverables across multiple projects.
Evaluate content for language accuracy, grammar, readability, structure, consistency, and instructional clarity.
Review visual elements, formatting, layout, and graphic alignment to ensure consistency and professional presentation.
Apply established QA tools, templates, and governance frameworks including LDCoE quality standards.
Ensure deliverables meet defined quality expectations before release to clients or deployment.
Identify quality risks, systemic issues, and process gaps, and provide clear recommendations for resolution.
Escalate quality risks, timeline risks, and scope issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
Ensure QA activities are completed within project timelines and delivery schedules.
Provide structured, actionable feedback to instructional designers, developers, and project teams.
Work independently while managing multiple concurrent QA assignments.
Maintain high accuracy and consistency while working under tight deadlines and production schedules.
Support continuous improvement of quality processes and standards through proactive feedback.
7 to 9 years of professional experience in quality assurance, content review, or learning deliverable QA.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Exceptional command of English grammar, punctuation, and editorial standards.
Strong ability to review complex digital and print learning deliverables independently.
Proven ability to identify quality risks and provide clear, actionable feedback.
Strong analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.
Confidence communicating quality issues and working with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivery excellence.
Experience reviewing eLearning courses developed in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, or Lectora is highly preferred.
