Lead DEBRA's product vision, roadmap, and execution to scale from MVP to national/regional adoption. Own lifecycle from discovery to launch, drive growth, revenue models, integrations, reliability and compliance. Build and lead product, design, and engineering teams, establish KPIs/OKRs, support fundraising, and represent DEBRA with partners and government.

Supports project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and documentation across project lifecycles. Coordinates with project teams, clients, vendors, finance, and stakeholders to track risks, issues, dependencies, costs, and deliverables. Contributes to portfolio reporting and process improvement while ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and organizational PMO standards.

Leads the Commercial squad responsible for F&O, CRM, and Billing systems. Owns the commercial roadmap, prioritizes initiatives, manages squad capacity and delivery, and ensures high-quality implementations, enhancements, and production support. Coordinates business, architecture, infrastructure, development teams, and vendors while managing risks, dependencies, governance, security, and continuous improvement. Requires strong enterprise applications expertise, Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and Arabic and English proficiency.

Lead new business acquisition and commercial growth selling complex digital services, AI, data and SaaS solutions to government, enterprise and logistics clients. Manage full sales cycle, tender submissions, pricing, negotiations, stakeholder relationships, and ensure contract governance and revenue forecasting.

Lead and run IT security operations, define strategy and roadmap, enforce operational security controls, manage incidents, ensure compliance, coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams, oversee access and privileged controls, monitor security risks, and develop the security operations team.

Support IT security operations by implementing security controls, access and privileged account governance, conducting security reviews, assisting vulnerability remediation, and supporting audits and compliance across infrastructure and applications.

Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, validate, and deploy AI and machine learning models; analyze large datasets, provide insights, and stay current with AI techniques to support product and client solutions.

Lead technical solution design and validation for complex government and enterprise tenders. Produce technical bid content, run demos and proofs-of-concept, and influence solutions to include company products. Support sales to increase technical win rate and manage pilot-to-managed-service transitions while ensuring scalability, AI readiness, and operational efficiency.
