Lead DEBRA's product vision, roadmap, and execution to scale from MVP to national/regional adoption. Own lifecycle from discovery to launch, drive growth, revenue models, integrations, reliability and compliance. Build and lead product, design, and engineering teams, establish KPIs/OKRs, support fundraising, and represent DEBRA with partners and government.

Supports project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and documentation across project lifecycles. Coordinates with project teams, clients, vendors, finance, and stakeholders to track risks, issues, dependencies, costs, and deliverables. Contributes to portfolio reporting and process improvement while ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and organizational PMO standards.

Leads the Commercial squad responsible for F&O, CRM, and Billing systems. Owns the commercial roadmap, prioritizes initiatives, manages squad capacity and delivery, and ensures high-quality implementations, enhancements, and production support. Coordinates business, architecture, infrastructure, development teams, and vendors while managing risks, dependencies, governance, security, and continuous improvement. Requires strong enterprise applications expertise, Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and Arabic and English proficiency.
