Lead DEBRA's product vision, roadmap, and execution to scale from MVP to national/regional adoption. Own lifecycle from discovery to launch, drive growth, revenue models, integrations, reliability and compliance. Build and lead product, design, and engineering teams, establish KPIs/OKRs, support fundraising, and represent DEBRA with partners and government.

Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, validate, and deploy AI and machine learning models; analyze large datasets, provide insights, and stay current with AI techniques to support product and client solutions.

Lead Oracle Financials (EBS) functional design and configuration for GL, AP, AR, CM, and FA. Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, support SIT/UAT, ensure IFRS compliance, resolve functional issues, and collaborate with technical teams on reporting, integrations, and government finance system requirements.
