Provide Level 2 production support for applications, APIs, integrations, and business transactions. Monitor systems, investigate errors, analyze logs, troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, validate transaction flows, support incidents, and coordinate escalations. Maintain runbooks, document resolutions, perform deployment and recovery validation, and contribute to root-cause and problem-management activities.

Provides day-to-day operational support for production GCP infrastructure. Responsibilities include monitoring, health checks, incident troubleshooting, alert and log review, runbook execution, recovery procedures, backup and capacity support, documentation, change validation, and root-cause analysis. The role coordinates with application, database, network, security, and cloud engineering teams to maintain availability, security, configuration, and recoverability.

Provide hands-on operational support for production databases, including availability and performance monitoring, backup and recovery, replication, connectivity troubleshooting, access administration, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, capacity monitoring, and post-release health validation. Maintain operational runbooks and coordinate with database, application, infrastructure, and cloud engineering teams to improve stability and reduce recurring incidents.
