Lead INFINIT’s global legal function and develop legal strategy for its AI-driven fintech operations. Establish and manage the Luxembourg Payment Institution, ensuring CSSF, AML/KYC, CFT, sanctions, GDPR, and other regulatory compliance. Oversee contracts, risk management, corporate governance, disputes, policies, employment matters, data protection, regulatory relationships, and corporate secretarial work. Build and lead the legal team while advising leadership on strategic initiatives and product launches.

Own and deepen relationship with a large automotive dealer-group: lead a multi-site migration and rollout, drive adoption and commercial outcomes, manage cross-functional feedback to Product & Engineering, and secure retention, renewal and expansion across hundreds of agencies.
