Design, develop, and commission industrial automation systems using PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS technologies. Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into solutions, programming and troubleshooting automation systems, conducting on-site commissioning, coordinating with customers, providing technical support, servicing third-party systems, and maintaining technical documentation.

Build customer relationships through on-site visits, assess installation needs, present industrial automation solutions, generate leads, identify business opportunities, coordinate with sales and technical teams, and maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.

Develop creative marketing ideas, research industry trends and competitors, create and publish social media content, build digital communities, support lead generation and outreach, prepare marketing materials, maintain marketing data and reports, and assist with branding, campaigns, and marketing experiments.

Work on live industrial automation projects by developing PLC programs and HMI/SCADA applications, supporting DCS, IoT, and IT/OT integration, and participating in customer-site commissioning and troubleshooting. The role includes customer and vendor interaction, technical documentation, and post-commissioning support. Candidates receive two months of unpaid training followed by four months at a stipend of ₹8,000 per month, with limited potential for permanent employment.

Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Google, AI search engines, and industrial associations. Maintain and update the customer database and track opportunities in Zoho CRM or assigned tools. Strong English and Hindi communication skills are required.
