Provide advanced Tier 2/3 administration and support for mission-critical IT systems. Troubleshoot complex issues, manage configuration, patching, capacity planning, and performance optimization across Linux/UNIX and Windows environments. Lead system administration for Linux and Windows in classified, high-availability environments. Support national security operations by applying machine learning, statistical analysis, and scalable data processing to large datasets. Build automated pipelines, curate and transform data, develop and refine analytical algorithms and models, create visualizations and dashboards, and translate mission requirements into reproducible analytics to inform stakeholders.

Analyze data from multiple systems to identify physical and operational threats, produce written assessments with recommendations, prioritize time-sensitive requests, collaborate with internal and external partners, and maintain strict data protection and classification standards to support mission assurance.

Apply advanced data science, machine learning, and statistical techniques to large-scale cyber and network datasets. Build data pipelines, curate and normalize data, develop and refine analytical models (including NLP/LLMs), create visualizations and automated workflows, and translate mission requirements into actionable analytics to support national security operations.

Support design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure. Monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity, assist with configuration, upgrades, security practices, automation, documentation, and contribute to network design and reliability under guidance of Network and System Administrators.

Design, implement, and sustain enterprise Cisco and Arista network infrastructure. Support LAN/CAN/WAN, optimize performance, apply SSP/STE/STN security requirements, implement VPNs, firewalls, load balancing, VoIP, IPSec, NAT, and GRE. Monitor performance, lead upgrades and cutovers, maintain documentation, mentor junior engineers, participate in on-call support and occasional travel.

Provide 24x7 monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mission-critical telecommunications and network infrastructure. Respond to alerts and incidents, coordinate with operations and ISP teams, perform hardware/software/network repairs and upgrades, document procedures, and maintain security and operational compliance supporting continuous mission readiness.

Conduct SIGINT research and analysis to produce timely, quality intelligence reports. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection, share target information, develop working aids, and perform pre-release quality control. Provide situational awareness, indications/warnings, and recommended courses of action to government customers.

Provide hands-on system administration and day-to-day IT support for client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, perform OS installation and patching (Linux/Windows), deliver Tier 1/2 support, maintain documentation, and escalate issues to management as needed.

Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex, performance-driven software systems. Provide technical leadership across teams, guide architecture and technology selection, oversee development and operational readiness, debug and optimize systems, create documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders and engineers to meet mission requirements.

Edit, draft, and validate serialized SIGINT intelligence reports and related products to IC standards. Ensure accuracy, proper classification/distribution, and compliance with reporting policies. Mentor analysts on writing and information organization, respond to information requests, and prepare materials for publication or briefings.

Lead systems engineering across full lifecycle for complex hardware/software systems: derive requirements, design architectures (DoDAF/SOA), manage interfaces, integration, verification, risk mitigation, configuration control, and support testing, deployment, and sustainment while coordinating with government stakeholders and program leadership.

Provide Tier 1/2 support, maintain and optimize enterprise Linux and Windows systems, manage virtualization (VMware), automate with scripting and Puppet, apply patches, troubleshoot mission-critical secure environments, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Design, implement, test, and maintain complex software systems for mission-critical environments. Lead development efforts, contribute to architecture, debug production issues, optimize performance, integrate systems, write database queries, execute test procedures, and mentor junior engineers within Agile teams.

Provide advanced network engineering leadership: design, implement, optimize, and secure enterprise networks. Troubleshoot complex issues, lead large deployments, maintain documentation/accreditation, integrate analytic platforms, and ensure DoD/IC and ISO compliance.

Maintain and secure mission-critical Linux infrastructure across containerized, cloud, virtualized, and dataflow environments supporting DoD/IC missions. Administer Kubernetes/AWS, virtualization, storage, networking, PKI/TLS, patching, vulnerability remediation, ELK monitoring, and RF/transport components. Produce SSP documentation, troubleshoot complex multi-layer issues, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams.

Support, configure, troubleshoot, and sustain Cisco and Arista network infrastructures across secure DoD/IC environments. Administer BGP routing, firewalls, crypto devices, Riverbed WAN optimization, Cisco Call Manager, and enterprise network management tools. Maintain STE/STN/SSP compliance, support upgrades/patching, provide operational/on-call support, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams.

Develop and maintain containerized application deployment pipelines and Helm charts. Implement GitOps workflows, CI/CD automation, secrets management, and Kubernetes deployments. Collaborate with engineering teams on integration, testing, documentation, and reusable deployment templates while supporting infrastructure automation and troubleshooting.
