Leads a two-person team supporting mission-critical machine rooms, laboratories, and communications spaces. Oversees operations, maintenance, access, infrastructure upgrades, equipment installation, rack and cable work, hardware troubleshooting, fiber connectivity, environmental monitoring, documentation, vendor coordination, and customer support. Maintains secure, compliant, and operational environments while coordinating deployments and replacements with system administrators, network engineers, facilities personnel, leadership, and vendors.

Supports the full systems engineering lifecycle, including hardware and software integration, installation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, decommissioning, and quality assurance. Installs and terminates fiber and CAT-5/6 cabling, tests fiber with optical power meters and OTDRs, maintains network infrastructure, and repairs Dell servers. Collaborates with users, customers, and engineering teams in mission-focused environments.

Provides senior cybersecurity and information assurance support for classified IC and DoD systems. Maintains security posture, conducts vulnerability and risk assessments, supports authorization activities, evaluates security controls, manages configuration changes, develops System Security Plans, and ensures compliance with applicable policies and frameworks. Requires extensive ISSO experience, collaboration with technical teams, DoD 8140.03 compliance, and an active TS/SCI clearance with appropriate polygraph.
