Provides Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, peripherals, user access, and account issues. Documents and tracks incidents in ServiceNow, performs software installations and updates, maintains IT asset records, escalates complex problems, contributes to knowledge articles, and supports mission-critical operations. Requires weekday and weekend coverage, DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Develop and modernize mission-critical Java and Angular applications while supporting migration from monolithic architecture to Spring Boot, Docker, microservices, and AWS. Responsibilities include designing RESTful APIs, maintaining PostgreSQL components, document parsing, testing, troubleshooting, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum collaboration. The role requires extensive software engineering experience, Linux development, relational database knowledge, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Supports the full systems engineering lifecycle, including hardware and software integration, installation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, decommissioning, and quality assurance. Installs and terminates fiber and CAT-5/6 cabling, tests fiber with optical power meters and OTDRs, maintains network infrastructure, and repairs Dell servers. Collaborates with users, customers, and engineering teams in mission-focused environments.
