Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot mission-critical voice and data networks. Operate network analyzers and WAN test equipment, resolve first- and second-level issues, document alarms and corrective actions, perform scheduled maintenance, activate/deactivate lines, and interface with users and vendors per DoD standards.

Provide advanced Tier 2/3 administration and support for mission-critical IT systems. Troubleshoot complex issues, manage configuration, patching, capacity planning, and performance optimization across Linux/UNIX and Windows environments. Support servers, storage, networking, mobile devices, and system integration while contributing to architecture, documentation, and operational readiness.

Lead system administration for Linux and Windows in classified, high-availability environments. Provide Tier 1–3 support across client, server, storage, and network systems; manage accounts, patching, vulnerability scanning, configuration management, VDI/thin clients, and ITSM processes. Collaborate with ISSOs and leadership to maintain compliance and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
