Develop and maintain SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications using Fiori Elements, annotations, OData services, reusable components, routing, and responsive design. Collaborate with business, IT, and architecture stakeholders while applying SAP Activate, ChaRM, and Agile practices. Requires at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation and willingness to travel onsite in Europe up to 20%.

Leads complex technical projects from initiation through completion, defining scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Builds and guides cross-functional IT teams, monitors KPIs, communicates with executives and external vendors, and ensures on-time, in-budget delivery. The role manages multiple projects, applies Agile and Scrum methodologies, improves project processes, maintains compliance with standards, and mentors junior project managers.

Lead complex technical projects from initiation through completion, defining scope, objectives, plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Manage risks, dependencies, cross-functional teams, vendors, KPIs, stakeholder communications, and project governance. Drive Agile and Scrum practices, continuous process improvement, compliance with project standards, and on-time, on-budget delivery. Mentor junior project managers and team members while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Drive internal communications, CEO messaging, employee engagement, culture storytelling, employer branding, and employee advocacy initiatives. Execute town halls, leadership updates, recognition campaigns, and engagement programs while translating company culture into authentic content for LinkedIn and careers platforms. Partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage campaigns, develop employee stories, strengthen organizational culture, and support talent-branding efforts.

Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and complex DAX measures. Design scalable Microsoft Fabric data models and build ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Pipelines. Integrate SQL Server, SharePoint, REST API, Excel, and Azure Data Lake sources. Optimize performance, ensure data accuracy, implement row-level security and workspace governance, support requirements gathering, UAT, deployments, and DevOps practices.

Lead integration design and implementation across disparate systems using service-oriented architecture, messaging, XML, SOAP, REST, and HTTP. Build and unit test integrations, gather requirements, produce technical designs, optimize integration processes, resolve defects, document solutions, and support validation and implementation. Requires extensive SAP PI/PO experience, cloud integration exposure, SAP CPI familiarity, Groovy or Java scripting, and experience integrating platforms such as SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Ariba, Hybris, or C4C.

Develop and maintain Tricentis Tosca automation scripts and enterprise test frameworks. Integrate Tosca with qTest and Azure DevOps, administer Tosca, configure DEX, perform upgrades, troubleshoot automation issues, optimize test execution, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.

Supports account managers with client meetings, business and market research, opportunity identification, account planning, proposals, presentations, event campaigns, and pre-sales activities. Collaborates with sales, delivery, and solution teams on pricing, estimations, and deal strategy. Develops expertise in technology consulting, commercial negotiations, stakeholder management, and independently managing client accounts.

Designs and independently delivers SAP integration solutions across cloud, on-premises, and third-party applications. Responsibilities include developing CPI iFlows, complex message mappings, Java and Groovy scripts, adapters, exception handling, security artifacts, encryption, transport mechanisms, and API integrations. The role requires architectural, technical, and functional expertise across SAP BTP services, SAP PO/CPI, Cloud Connector, API Management, Event Mesh, and integration platforms.

Lead SAP ABAP development across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including OData, CDS views, AMDP, RICEFW enhancements, forms, function modules, BAdIs, BAPIs, and integration using ALE/IDocs, PI/PO, and CPI. The role requires strong communication skills and offers advantages for SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud, RAP, performance tuning, module pool programming, and ABAP certification.

Own enterprise sales targets, acquire net-new logos, build pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, develop customer relationships, coordinate with SAP and external partners, run campaigns, present value propositions, negotiate deals, and sell digital technology solutions to IT and business organizations. The role targets large enterprises and carries a quota of $1 million to $1.5 million.

Lead a cross-functional engineering team building and scaling the DataSwitch data integration platform. Own feature and release delivery, roadmap planning, architecture governance, CI/CD adoption, quality standards, agile practices, and project risk management. Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers while coordinating with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and senior leadership. Translate business requirements into engineering plans and ensure scalable, resilient, maintainable technical solutions.
