We are hiring an SAP Ui5 Developer for a application development and Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
· Develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements.
· Build applications using List Report, Object Page, Analytical List Page, and Worklist templates.
· Configure UI behaviour using CDS annotations, OData annotations, and manifest settings.
· Extend standard Fiori Elements applications using controller extensions, custom actions, fragments, and custom sections.
· Integrate applications with OData V2 and OData V4 services.
· Develop reusable UI5 components, fragments, formatters, and utility modules.
· Implement tables, filters, value help, navigation, file upload, and draft-enabled scenarios.
· Configure application routing, intent-based navigation, and semantic objects.
· Deploy and configure applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and SAP Build Work Zone.
· Implement authentication and role-based access using XSUAA, IAS, role collections, and destination services.
· Troubleshoot application performance, UI rendering, service integration, and authorization issues.
· Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAPUI5 development standards.
· Work closely with functional consultants, CAP/ABAP developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills
· Strong hands-on experience with SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori Elements.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, XML Views, HTML5, CSS3, and JSON.
· Strong understanding of MVC architecture and UI5 application lifecycle.
· Experience with Fiori Elements annotations and SAP Fiori design principles.
· Experience with OData V2 and OData V4.
· Knowledge of CDS annotations and metadata-driven UI development.
· Experience with SAP Business Application Studio.
· Experience with Git and CI/CD-based development processes.
· Understanding of SAP BTP Cloud Foundry environment.
· Experience with SAP Build Work Zone or Fiori Launchpad.
· Knowledge of destinations, connectivity, authentication, and role configuration.
· Experience with responsive UI development for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
· Strong debugging skills using browser developer tools and SAPUI5 diagnostics.
